This lovely property is situated in the village of Jorairatar which is a friendly Spanish village surrounded by fantastic hills & valleys which give spectacular views. Although a small village it has several public facilities such as a Medical Centre which is open 3 days a week and when it is closed there is a 24 hour medical centre in Ugijar which is only a 15-20 mins drive away.  There is also a bar and two mini supermarkets which are open 7 days a week. A bread van delivers fresh bread everyday of the week, including Sundays and there are two fish vans which deliver 6 days a week.  Once a month there is a small market in which small market stalls come to the village, and in Ugijar there is a larger market which happens twice a month. The 2 major banks of the area visit the village twice a month, from the local town of Ugijar & there is a small minibus which can take you to Ugijar 3 days a week.
