This charming house is located is a large Hamlet called Los Castillas which is situated just 3km outside of the village of Albuñol which has around 6,500 inhabitants. This village has several public services such as banks, food & clothes shops, Police station, Town Hall, schools, Health Centre, Pharmacy, Bars & restaurants. It is only 10 minutes away from the Costa Tropical where one can enjoy the beaches of the villages of La Rabita & Los Pozuelos & their shops, bars & restaurants. It is also only 2KM form the coastal village of La Rabita which is a place where one can enjoy the promenades, beaches, the Mediterranean sea, beach bars & restaurants. It also has various public services such as a Health Centre, Pharmacy, dentist, banks, primary school, food & clothes shops, municipal market, Hotel & hairdressers.

On arriving at the property one finds an entrance patio & to the right of this is a private walled & gated parking area for the property.

On ascending the stairs one finds a lovely seating area which has a wood-burner & glazed, French double, wooden doors which leads onto a large Terrace which has views of the surrounding area & is a total sun-trap. This is an ideal place to sit & enjoy the tranquillity of the area.

From the seating area there is also access to 2 double bedroom which both have windows which look to the rear of the property.

Also from the seating are there is a doorway which leads to a dressing room area & then in turn to the master bedroom which has glazed French, double wooden doors which lead to a terrace that looks onto the rear of the property & again has views of the surrounding area. This master bedroom also has an En-suite bathroom which has a beautiful rolled bath, WC & sink

The property does have a small, sloped garden which is at the rear of the property.

The property is connected to mains water & electricity & there is the coverage to be able to have the Internet.

In all this is a delightful property, beautifully renovated & ideal as a large holiday home or due to the amenities in the area could be a wonderful all year round home.
